We operate an e-shop on the website creocom.sk and various domain extensions .eu, .cz, etc.

In providing our services, selling goods, and operating our websites, we process some personal data.

The processing of personal data is primarily regulated by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

A. Processing of personal data in case of using a contact form

If you contact us regarding our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide us, mainly through the contact form. These are personal data including: First and Last Name, Address, Company Name, Email, Telephone number.

For what reason?

Based on the personal data sent, we will subsequently contact you regarding our offer of goods and services.

On what legal basis?

This involves processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract, or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to communicate with you for the purpose of concluding a contract for the supply of our goods or the provision of our services.

How long will we process personal data?

Unless we establish further cooperation, the personal data of the data subjects will be retained by the respective controller only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing from our last communication.

B. Processing of personal data in case of a purchase

If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the personal data that we need from you to ensure the conclusion of a contract for the provision of our goods or services. These are mainly billing details: first name, last name, address, Email, Telephone.

For what reason?

We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations arising from the contract – delivery of goods or provision of services. Using contact details, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, any complaints or your questions.

We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and other issues).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This involves processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you for the delivery of our goods or the provision of our services.

How long will we process personal data?

During the delivery of goods or provision of services and then according to relevant legal regulations, especially for the mandatory archiving of documents from the last provision of such services or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletter (commercial communication)

If you have purchased goods or services from us and have not expressly declined to receive marketing communications, we will use your email address to send our marketing communications.

This involves processing based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – our legitimate interests, which include marketing communications targeted at our customers.

How long will we process personal data?

According to the VAT law, an archiving period of 10 years is required following the year to which they relate, and this longer period applies.
